Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of people ensuring daily tasks are completed within agreed SLA’s, this will include supporting internal and external customer queries, complaints and investigations.

Ensuring the departments workloads and administration duties are completed adhering to tight deadlines and procedures. You will responsible for report writing and presenting at monthly management meetings.

Experienced in carrying out HR functions including 121’s, recruitment and training.
A background within a managerial capacity is essential as well as having excellent IT and communication skills.
Own transport is essential due to location
