Our client is looking for a manager to lead and develop their Motor Team.
You will be responsible for managing a team, comprising of fee earners, executives and paralegals. The candidate must have technical knowledge of handling cases with a reserve of up to £100,000. Capable of dealing with overall supervision of the team you will also be expected to handle HR issues and hold responsibility for the financial management of the team.
Presenting statics and trends and collating management information you will report directly to a Partner.
