The Prestige Chef of the Month: Tim Kewley 

I have the great privilege of building relationships with lots of talented Chef’s that I really admire. Each month I pick a Chef of the month to showcase their amazing talent, stunning food and devotion to their craft!

Tim’s food is inspired by the seasons and what's best in the local area. He is passionate about farm to fork food, with a modern approach. He also has a passion for spending time at the George & Dragon and the Eagle & Child where he uses mainly the kitchen garden and home-reared produce. He also spent time working for Nigel Haworth at RVI & Northcote which shared a similar ethos to him. A truly talented chef, his plates look crisp contemporary and visually balanced. He obviously has a very artistic eye as he employs great colour balance and his food always has a sense of movement, we may start calling him the Jackson Pollock of the food world!
