For more than 35 years, our client has built a reputation for excellence in the children’s fashion and character nightwear markets, becoming a leading supplier to many of the top UK retail stores.
They are looking to add a part time Human Resource Manager to report to the Finance Director at their head office in Cork.
The main responsibilities are to develop a HR Strategy for the company which is in line with the current Company Strategy, coordinate all HR activities and recruitment both locally and in the company’s Manchester office. You will be liaising both internally with all departmental Managers and Staff and externally with relevant Government Agencies, Training Agencies, Invest NI and Recruitment Companies so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
It is essential for candidates to have a minimum of five years experience in a HR role, be educated to a degree level, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and people management and performance development experience. A CIPD Qualification is also desirable but not essential. A current driving license is also a must.
